You're free. Until this situation is resolved, until we're sure there's no more living conduits, go out and kill.
Kill everyone you can. Unless you're sure of their alignment-- and many WON'T hide it-- keep it quick and painless, in case it's friendly fire. As for the ones proudly defending their territory and boasting about their alignment, annihilate them. Make a spectacle of it, if you want. It might scare some folks, but it'd more likely just work up their allies into a frenzy. Then, you can identify and take down more of the enemies.
The last part is more of a suggestion, really. You're more adept to war, so just do what comes naturally if you think it'll serve our goals better.
Leave the kids, like Espur and Nagisa, alone, they're neutral and newcomers. Any other known neutrals too, those are our side and you shouldn't kill them or this'll take longer than it should.
